To return or exchange an item, there's no need to call. Simply return the item in its original condition & in the original packaging, with copy of invoice or invoice number, along with instructions on whether you'd like a refund or exchange. We must receive your item back within 30 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your return. Customer will be charged for shipping on exchange shipments, unless an error has been made on our part.
